- My coaching approach
- My coaching is clear, focused, supportive, and built around the GReps CORE principles: Consistency, Overload, Repetitions, and Effort. I use purposeful programming, Great Reps, and measurable progression to help clients build sustainable strength. Hard work matters, but hard is not a program—the training must serve the person, their goals, schedule, experience, joints, and recovery.
- What to know about working with me
- You'll receive a clear, individualized plan and direct coaching built around your goals and real life. Expect structure, accountability, high-quality repetitions, and honest effort—without circus workouts, unnecessary complexity, or pressure to make fitness your entire identity.
- Beyond the gym
- New dad and lifelong student of strength training — spent more than 25 years coaching and still enjoys finding the simplest, smartest way to help someone get stronger.
